Year End Totals, 2006:
We spent the last day of 2006 watching the Bronco’s end their season in an overtime loss to the 49ers in Denver. I have spent the last few minuets browsing the web for Grief Counseling Services to no avail.
Here is the damage totals I have done to the wildlife this year.
Hunting:
4 ducks
0 deer
1 squirrel
Fishing:
Bluegill
Walleye
Largemouth Bass
Perch
Rainbow Trout
West Slope Cutthroat Trout
Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout
Brown Trout
Brook Trout
Grayling
Most all the fish were caught and released. Over all it was a tough year. With gas prices being over $3 a gallon we did not get out much. The time I did get out was with men in the church and like always it was a wonderful time. Looking forward to exploring some of this wild country here in the InterMountain West in 07.

Talk about not getting out. The Thursday before last Scott came down with the stomach flu, then Josie came down with the stomach flu, then the colds started and then this last Thursday, Pink Eye, then yesterday ear aches. I got home from church on the 24th and I think until I took the kids to the doctors office yesterday, I stepped outside twice. Once to do garbage and the other a quick trip to Dave's for some Pepsi. I think I need a vacation!!!! I'll be glad when 2006 is over!
If you find any good (football) grief counselors, let me know. Took it doubly hard today with Denver's loss yesterday and Nebraska's today :-(
Sorry to hear about Nebraska. The game Sunday is now a distant memory for the Denver players with Williams being shot and killed. Sad, shocking story. We are all happy here in Idaho with Boise State winning the Fiesta Bowl!
