Bill Belichick, of the New England Patriots, claims that somehow he felt he had authorization to secretly video tape defensive play signals from the Jets' sideline this past Sunday. In an interview Belichick claimed that he has been given authority to spy on New England opponents through the Patriot Act of 2001 and believes congress will fully absolve him of any wrong doing.
